The Alcohol Literacy Challenge™ is effective at reducing underage and binge drinking because it systematically challenges the beliefs students hold about the effects of alcohol. Once students understand that 90% of the good effects associated with drinking are mental effects they create, students naturally drink less or stop drinking all together.
